My preferred method. 100% private, no user IDs, and decentralized routing. The recommended way of getting in contact as SimpleX is basically the best in terms of security and privacy currently available.

Matrix

Federated and with encryption. Requires registration and has issues (like Metadata spreading), but still better than Mails. Second best option, but please try to stick to simplex when possible.

Secure Email

Not recommended as e-Mail is inherently broken when it comes to security. In order to mitigate this, Proton is used as the actual e-Mail service. Please try to use Proton as well when writing via e-Mail.
